05 March 2011 what is the procedure if someone has received the refund which is less then the refund claimed in the return filed online, without receving any intimation u/s 143(1)

05 March 2011 Nothing can be done unless you get the intimation u/s 143(1) of the Income tax Act,1961. Refund is issued from Mumbai and intimation is from Bangalore. So wait and see.
