Short refund without any intimation

what is the procedure if someone has received the refund which is less then the refund claimed in the return filed online, without receving any intimation u/s 143(1)

Nothing can be done unless you get the intimation u/s 143(1) of the Income tax Act,1961. Refund is issued from Mumbai and intimation is from Bangalore. So wait and see.
