sir , I have own shop & given on rent (60000 p.a.). can I get deduction under house proprty?

If it is rent of shop room building alone, income can be declared under the head 'income from house property' on which you are eligible to claim deduction u/s 24(a) and 24(b) of the Income tax Act,1961.
