Please provide the Section under which the Share are transferred in the Private Company

Section 56 of the Companies Act,2013.

Refer Section 56 of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 11 of Companies (Share Capital & Debentures) Rules 2014 for transer of shares. The transfer deed in eform SH-4 has to be delivered to the company within 60 days from the date of execution of the deed.
