20 September 2012 Dear Sir,

As per Sec 108 of Company Act validity of share Transfer deed two Months( unlisted Company)from the date of present in Company.

Q1. What is the meaning of presenting Date?
Q2. If Transfer deed date is 15-09-2009 duly stamped and Singed by both the parties, present before the company 15-07-2010 is it valid ? is it valid for 14-09-2010?

20 September 2012 1. Blank share transfer form shall be presented to the Registrar of Companies for endorsing the date of submission therein which is called the 'date of presentation'.
