A is the registered owner and B is the beneficial owner for one share ,form MGT 6 was filed
Now A Sold that share to mr C,who will become registered as well as beneficial owner
What filings need to be done.

Transferee ( C) to give MGT-4
Company to file MGT-6.
Transferee ( C) to give MGT-4
Company to file MGT-6.
