Set off debtors

26 February 2015 i am faceing a problem of sundry debtors account this sundry debtors never book in sales account now the problem is this sundry debtors not set off with bed debts a/c any one please suggest me how to set of this debtors

01 August 2016 How was the debtors created if not through sales account? What account was credited when the debtors was debited? The bad debts is adjusting entry. Thus if the debtors is booked, the same can be written off with bad debts / doubtful debts.
