my query is if any ltd co. provide service to sez unit of data transmission through net in that case whether service tax included in the invoice or it is not neccessary to include tax and tax included then what is the percentage

30 June 2011 SEZ is exempt the taxable services specified in section 65(105)of the said finance act,1994 which are provided in the relation to authorizes operation in a SEZ.

so now can we send invoice without service tax to the same sez unit?
the unit is situated in other state
