I wanted to know whether my client gets benefit of above scheme.

As my client who had gone through service tax audit till year FY 2010-11 & also receive SCN till sept 2011 & all are replied & not pending till date.

My query is that whether my client can pay dues from oct 2011 to dec 2012 without interest under this scheme & also client has not filed return properly during this period.

please guide

15 March 2013 If you have to pay the duty after due date, interest will be payable on that particular period.

15 March 2013 means i am getting no benefit from service tax voluntary compliance scheme please expalain this wording of scheme (b) If notice or order was received for earlier period, then no declaration can be made of tax dues on the same issue for any subsequent period – second proviso to proposed section 96(1) of Finance Act, 1994.

15 March 2013 i have query on above wording that may i get benefit of service tax scheme 2013 on subsequent period ie from oct 2011 to dec 2012 where no notice or inquiry initiated.may i get exemption from interest part till dec 2012?
