Service Tax Utilization - GTA inward

we are doing payment of the Service Tax on the GTA Inward thru TR-6 challan…. And we also take credit of that much value in our CENVAT register.
I do want to know that whether we can utilize that amount in the other way of the payment i.t. BAS & others?

Credits can be used to pay the central excise duty or service tax on output services.

No, the same can be utilized for ED payment and ur output service tax liability and not against BAS.

No. It can be utilized for payment of any output service.

But BAS is a output service.. right?? so only we can utilize the credit...kindly clear with where as rules applicable..
