Company paid Pest Control charges to Municipal Corp.of Greater Mumbai ( MCGM).Whether this will come under reverse charge.

Service provided to government authority will exempt from service tax under notification no. 25/2012-ST.

It will fall under the reverse charge system. Recipient will pay the service tax.

pest control charges is not covered in the area of reverse charge ..so reversecharge not applicable..
Please let me know why reversecharge applicable on pest control services under what service..
it is not covered in reversecharge services and so reversecharge not applicable in my opinion
