02 July 2013 It will fall under the reverse charge system. Recipient will pay the service tax.

02 July 2013 pest control charges is not covered in the area of reverse charge ..so reversecharge not applicable..

Please let me know why reversecharge applicable on pest control services under what service..

it is not covered in reversecharge services and so reversecharge not applicable in my opinion
