kindly let us know the service tax & TDS rate for labor contractor?

service tax rate is 12.36% only. if the service tax provider is covered under RCM, the service tax liability shall be split between the provider and receiver.
TDS rate will be 1% for individuals and HUF...2% for others
TDS rate will be 1% for individuals and HUF...2% for others
