pls tell me service tax return quartely or halfyearly w.e.f july,2012

For individuals and firms it is quarterly return and for companies who have paid more than 25 lacs tax in the preceding year will have to file monthly return. A simple one page return is ready and will be soon announced officially.

I differ with the reply, as the concept of more than 25 lac and less than 25 lac is still under proposed and not notified. Till it is notified, old scheme will operate i.e.half yearly
