A public limited co has filed his both half yearly service tax returns from the FY 12-13 till date without showing the liability of GTA. What are the options available for the company regarding this can the returns be revised or any other way out is there?

Service tax returns can be revised with in 90 days of the original return date. you cannot revise beyond that. in case any data missed, you can include in current return and pay the tax with interest
