### 1. **Can you still file Service Tax Return for Apr-Sep 2013 now?**

* **Yes, you can file a belated (late) return** for that period.
* The portal (ACES) allows submission of returns after due date but before any show-cause notice or penalty is imposed.
* Late filing may attract **interest and/or penalty** depending on how late it is.

### 2. **Regarding Rent-a-Cab service return submission:**

* You can file returns for Rent-a-Cab under the relevant service code on ACES portal, same as other services.
