05 December 2015 1-I am new proprietor of firm.i want to know that is compulsory file services tax return if my turnover less than 5 lac?
2-how to register new proprietorship firm who provide tax consultancy services in Faridabad?

06 December 2015 1 Registration under service tax and filing of return is required only when turnover exceeds 9 lacs.
2 If your turnover exceeds 9 lacs you can register through ACES site online.
