05 October 2013 i have a query i filed refund applicaTION ONLINE IN SERVICE TAX ON 18.02.2012 HOWEVER DUE TO SOME CONFUSION FILED HARD COPY WITH DOCUMENTS IN JULY 2013 AND AS PER LIMITATION I WAS TO FILE BEFORE 31/07.MY CONTENTION IS THAT WHEN I HAVE FILED MY APPLICATION ONLINE THAT SHOULD BE TREATED AS DATE OF FILING BUT THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY IS ASKING FROM ME ANY ORDERS OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES IN THIS REAGED SO PLS HELP AND ADVICE
