Hi,
Can any one suggest me regarding Service Tax.
Can I charge Service @14% in our Service bill w.e.f 01-04-2015.

Anirudh, ST rate is still 12.36% You can not charge 14% unless notification is issued. and notification is not yet issued...

You can not charge it at new rate.. Because its merely a proposal until it gets notified..
So you must use only the old rate
