One of our client taken service tax registration.But Total Service Charges
not Crossed above 10 lakh.
we have not collected service tax. My
question is we have to pay service tax, whatever amount we have recived or
we can take exemption limited below 1o lakh

No need to collect and Pay Service Tax since Rs 10 lacs limit is not crossed. You will have to start collecting and paying Service Tax when Rs 10 Lacs limit is crossed.
But you need to file Nil Service Tax Return.
