There is a proprietorship firm provides work of supply and fixing of aluminium partition in a office to a body corporate. contractor raises his bill as
supply and fixing of aluminium partition 35500
My question is
1) whether it comes in work contract service under RCM
contractor is saying that they only charged for material in bill.
