14 January 2016 Dear All, One of my client is Processing seeds & Procuring Seeds from farmers, Growers & Organizers. Transportation paid to the Goods Transport Agency on account of Transportation of Seeds are exempt Under GTA Service. Whether this is covered under the Defination of Agriculture Produce? or Transportation by Road on seeds for sowing purpose is specifically exempts by any notification? Kindly reply the query as early as possible
