Please tell me whether my statement is right or wrong!
a-A vessel(GOVT) that sails between places located in india for normal public service with 50 passengers in which 25 passengers are tourist.
b-A vessel(GOVT) that sails between places located in india for tourism purpose with 50 passengers in which 25 passengers are not tourist.
My statement is-
'a' would be covered in the Negative list, but 'b' taxable.
