Many companies have filed writ. The Delhi HC has again stayed the levy. More states would follow.
The aspect of rent not being a service at all was not addressed by the retrspective amendment.Further whether a state subject ? is a question still unanswered.
May not be retrospective in its applicability which also would be agitated.
