Service tax on reimbursement

We are purchasing material and have to pay entry tax on the same. One vendor have paid entry tax on our behalf and raising invoice with service tax. As per High court order service tax is not applicable on reimbursement. Please guide.

You are right! Service Tax is not applicable for reimbursements having one to one correlation and which are at cost.
