WE HAVE BEEN IMPORTED INDUSTRIAL ACCESSORIES TO USE MANUFACTURING PROCESS FROM GERMANY.
THE SUPPLIER IS CHARGING FREIGHT IN THEIR BILLS.
SHOULD WE LIABLE TO DEPOSIT SERVICE TAX ON OVERSEAS FREIGHT .
PLEASE CLEARFY.

If there is a service that you have received and the bill for the same is available, then you are liable to pay service tax in capacity of an importer.
