Service tax on manpower supply received

i have received manpower supply
the contractor will give bill to us like

total labour supply during the month

labour 1500 X labour rate Rs.180

total amount Rs 270000/-

than at what amount i have to pay service tax on manpower supply being a receiver of service.

and what is situation if the contractor mentioned service tax in bill.

10 July 2012 Under new law, you will have to pay 75% of the service tax liability on the bill amount, if services are provided by any but body corporate. Under reverse charge. if the liability is on Service receiver, he will have pay service tax directly and payment to contractor would not discharge his liability.

10 July 2012 Whether contractor is collecting service charges separately for providing manpower? or Rs.180/- is including all?

10 July 2012 rs 180 is including all. after collecting Rs 180/- contractor will distribute the amount to worker as per their pre- decided rate which is not known to us.
