Service tax on fumigation service on agri product

Dear Sir/madam,
We are into agri business and we are storing our commodity in to our warehouse. Our Vendor is providing Fumigation service as per our need and he is charging Service tax for the same. So service tax will be applicable on such services or not as it is agriculture product??

As per negative list fumigation service on agri commodity is exempted.

Dear Sir,
I think fumigation services is exempted on agri product unless and until it is sold to primary market.
Once it is sold to primary market then service tax on such activity will be chargeable..
