Respected sir, i have a business of online exam test.we providing test paper online (mock test) for this we charged fees. We are liable to pay service tax or not. pls advise me.

well yes service tax is to be levied to such services.

ur liable only when the gross receipt from such service exceeds rs 10 lakhs.
