28 March 2014 Whether i can make invoice on 29-3.2014 instead of 31.3.2014 of professional fees for the month of march 2014? Also payment of service tax can be made on 29.3.14 (January to MArch 2014 invoices)

28 March 2014 you can make invoice whenever u want to. there is no rule that it has to be on month end.

with regards to payment of service tax, it depends on the constitution of the service provider. please refer
