Dear Experts,
My Service Tax Liability on 31-12-2013 is Rs. 31596, but we have not paid. I want to now interest rate on this amount. My service is Rent on Immovable Property. Thanks In advance.

If turnover is Rs 60 lacs or more interest rate is 18% p.a
if turnover less tha Rs 60 lacs interest rate is 15% p.a.
interest to be calculated on days basis.
