sir how to charge service tax in case of sole proprietership
when we should file return nd when should pay service tax

You need to take registration when Rs 9 Lac limit is crossed and you need to pay service tax when Rs 10 lac limit is crossed.
For Individuals/ Partnership Firms Service Tax Deposited Quarterly using GAR7
Due Dates:
April-June------5th July
July-September----5th October
October-December------5th January
January-March------31st March.
Due date will be 6th in case of e-payment. From 01.10.2014 e payment is mandatory for all assessee.

Late fee for delay in filing---
First 15 Days - Rs 500
16-30 days Rs 1000
More than 30 days Rs 1000 + Rs 100 per day beyond 30 days. (Subject to Maximum of Rs 20000/-)
