Hi any one tell me Black Tea is agricultural product or not and service tax chargable on transportation of tea or not ?

I Mean Not Tea Leaves Tea Product as green tea black tea because tea leaves is not markatable.we are transporting Black Tea as well known as CTC Tea

the end product i.e tea product is not agriculture product but only it contains some contents in it but cant say as whole product as "agriculture product'
