19 December 2015 I have deposited service tax in wrong assessee code what is the solution for same, please help me.

19 December 2015 If it is a valid assessee code ask the person to apply for refund/adjust in remittance and make refund to you. Pay your tax liability. Transfer that amount wrongly remitted to your ac not possible.

19 December 2015 The refund will only go to the account of the concerned person only he has to apply for refund.
