For TDS for TDS why it is 30th April , it is also part of government collection.

25 April 2016 Mainly 30th April is fixed to refund any excess TDS on salary. Salary TDS is deducted on approximate workings which will be finalised in April and excess deduction will be refunded before remittance to Govt.
In case of other deductions liability bookings for March accounts will be made in April for such liability TDS can be remitted before 30th April.
