1. Service Tax Credit on Repair & Maintenance of Vehicle
Yes, it is available if the repair and maintenance (R&M) of the vehicle is related to the business.
For example, if the vehicle is used for business purposes (like transporting goods or employees), service tax paid on its R&M can be claimed as input credit.
2. Service Tax Credit on Insurance of Vehicle
If the vehicle insurance premium is for a vehicle used in the course of business (e.g., a company vehicle), then service tax credit on insurance is also available.
Since your company is a manufacturing company, and if the vehicle is used for business operations, you can claim CENVAT credit on service tax paid for insurance.
3. Place of Removal (Central Excise Act)
