request please give your valuable input on luxury tax or service tax charged by Hotel industries
Actually i want to know the rate of taxes which is levied by hotel operating in Delhi

Luxary tax levied by state govt and adminstrated by State commercial tax department

Service tax levied by Central Govt and adminstrated by CBEC -Service tax division

Actually a hotel charged 25% of tax (approx) and break up is not available in invoices, Hotel operating their business from Delhi, so I want to Know the break up of taxes. for your information invoice was raised for Fooding only.
Please advice on this
