Dear sir,
If firm paid online challan using wrong service tax registration number means AAA_____09CST001(wrong number) but correct number is AAA____09CST002. So how to correct it? and how to upload return without correction?

In your case you have to meet your jurisdictional service tax officer & write an application indicating the same. They will automatically give you the credit after due verification of challan & bank account from which the service tax has been paid.
