Please clarify the following query.

Can we take a cenvat credit on all service tax bills like courier bill, freight bill & telephone bills?

25 October 2013 Yes you can avail of CENVAT Input Credit of all the services you have enumerated. the same input credit can be utilized to pay output service tax liability but not service recipient service tax under reverse charge Mechanism.
