24 June 2011 excess amount of service tax had been paid on 1/03/2007 and not adjusted on succeeding month can we adjust the same in subsquent month or can ask for refund?

24 June 2011 you had to bring it to notice of your R/O regarding excess payment in writing, if the same is doen, then write to R/O with previous refernce and adjust the same in current return period
