07 March 2011 To obtain a service tax Registration No. is it compulsory to have a partnership combine Pan or we could apply on the name of sole partner

07 March 2011 If the service provider is a partnership firm, the partnership firm should have a PAN card in its name for the purpose of service tax registration among other matters.
