As per my understanding it may be for application of new registration for section 65(105)
1. Residential complex construction(zzzh)
2. Construction of commercial complex (zzq)
3. Special service provided by a builder etc, to the prospective tax buyers such as providing preferential location or external or internal development of complexes on extra charges[Finance Act 1994, Section 65(105)(zzzzu) ]
