any Exempt item which we can't take input of service tax like courier charges. can u tell some other items which are exempted for input in service tax

No separate list like that, for providing exempted service you cannot take input. Input should be related to the service output

If input service directly or indirectly related to output service, then you can take service tax credit otherwise not. There is no list for these type of service.
