We have a service tax registration number without PAN based. Now they are not accepting the returns and advised us to have a service tax nos. with pan based. what is the process of getting this number

Dear Mr. Abhay,
PAN Based Service Tax no is alloted to all assessee since last 7 to 8 year back.
Whether they are accepting return earlier i.e last year or not ?
