What is the percentage of service tax under reverse charge mechanism for manpower supply

Dear Friend, the percentage of service tax under reverse charge mechanism for manpower supply is 75% on service receiver and 25% for service provider.But now the revised rate is as follow:
With effect from 01.04.2015, the liability of service receiver in case of manpower supply has been increased from 75% to 100%.And the liability of service provider is made nil towards service tax. For any further query please contact.
