if there is service tax liability but in bill service tax component is not mention then how to calculate service tax
suppose bill amount 500000
option 1
ST= 500000*12.36/100 =61800
option 2
ST= 500000/112.36*12.36 = 55000
Please tell which is correct option with proper section

If it is a case of reverse charge then option 1 is correct but if it is not a reverse charge case then option 2 is correct
