  • Hariyeddula says : Supply of water through own water tanker
    A co entered into a contract with a local vendor to supply drinking water to its colony. Does such contract attracts service tax? Sir, you told that there will be no service tax.. can you please provide any notification or circular regarding to this, because one of my client got service tax notification
