Tds on professional fees

I have a problem that the Professional fees is 32000 including service tax of Rs. 3520

Can i deduct tds or not.

10 April 2015 Since ST portion is excluded for calculating TDS , no need to deduct TDS as it is less than Rs.30000 assuming it is single bill during the year
