A co entered into a contract with a local vendor to supply drinking water to its colony. Does such contract attracts service tax?

the answer given above is correct.the reason being it is transaction of supply of water,that is sale of goods and not a provision of service.Transportation involved here in is alsoin the negative list because it is not GTA.tks n rgds ca sagar mal pareek 09824346469,smpfca@gmail.com
