If I have service tax registration.I raise bill for services.some times i may have to sell something then how to raise the bill.foe example if iam an electrician I raise bill for wiring etc.But if I also supply material how the billing should be

Raise separate invoices for service and sale.
In case of sale, mention sale on the invoice.

Do I need a vat registration also?Or service registration is enough

For sale of goods, you need to get yourself registered under VAT if your turnover from SALES exceeds Rs. 5 lakhs.
Service tax registration is required if turnover from SERVICE exceeds Rs. 9 lakhs.
Service tax is to be paid if turnover from SERVICE exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs.
Service tax registration is required if turnover from SERVICE exceeds Rs. 9 lakhs.

If my turnover is not exceeding 5 lakhs there is no need of Vat registration.Then can i raise invoice without tax.What turnover exactly means.

If your turnover does NOT exceed Rs. 5 lakhs, then you can raise invoice WITHOUT charging tax.
turnover means TOTAL SALES.
turnover means TOTAL SALES.
