if assessee stay in india more than 180 days
, he receive income from abroad where would he pay income tax India or abroad

20 January 2014 the cut off is 182 days...if he spends more than 182 days, you need to look at whether his status is resident or RNOR...

if he is RNOR, then no tax on foreign income..however if the status is resident, then yes, tax shall be on global income..
