i have doubt regarding service tax sir.


after surrendering service tax my turn over is 12lakhs

here i have to pay service tax on 2lakhs or 12lakhs

20 November 2012 You are no more SSI now, you are not eligible for exemption of Rs. 10 lakhs. you will have to take fresh registration and pay ST on entire amount.
